Review: The phrase “The Last Supper” talks about the painting by Leonardo Da Vinci and John’s gospel. The book has 12 parts which has been named as menu. The menu doesn’t have food items but have those complex topics of present era such as terrorism, murder, drug addictions, how education has become business, euthanasia, honour killing gender bias, suicide, and killings. The book is discussion between husband Robert and his wife Amrita. Every day they share their thoughts and discuss their experiences at workplace. To find reasons or solutions to the problems, they speak to Paul, the God. And Paul gives them solutions to these problems according to gospels. I appreciate the passion of the authors who thought to highlight burning issues that we face in our lives through this book. The language is very simple. I found few repetitions of sentences and a few grammatical errors. At some places I found the content to be too preachy as if I am reading a holy book, else the writing is good and I wish the writers good luck and please do take care of the editing and proof reading the errors.
