When I received an email last week from the brand FishnMeat asking for collaboration with my blog for promoting their seafood and meat with my support and negotiating, it was a win – win deal which I could not say NO. I immediately agreed and I was sent 1.5kg of cut halal mutton the next day. FishnMeat is located in Hyderabad. They supply fresh seafood, freshwater fish, chicken and mutton for reasonable prices in the city. They are a FSSAI and Halal certified firm operating with strict food and safety standards in their premises. They have been serving fresh meat since last 6 months and are really lucky to have nearly 5000 happy customers.
You can order online at – https://fishandmeat.in/ and they have a facebook page too –https://facebook.com/fishandmeatshop
With the mutton received I prepared the famous Andhra mutton delicacy called Gongura Mutton. This is my favourite mutton curry. I like this dish very much because of its tangy and spicy taste. Gongura is called as sorrel leaves in English, khatti bhaji or ambadi ki bhaji in Hindi. There are 2 types of sorrel leaves – one is red stem sorrel leaves and the other is green sorrel leaves. There is not much difference between them. The red one has its stem red and will be sourer than the green one. It is lip smacking mouth watering dish. There are no words to describe only you have to taste it.
I write a lot, which keeps me off the streets and out of trouble. There is always something to write about, always a new story to craft. Not writing, for me, is like trying to hold back a sneeze. Learning to write was the most powerful influence in my life. I can still remember the awe I felt when I realized I could put real words onto paper and tell out a story. From that first ‘a-ha’ moment I knew I wanted to write.
