Post 6 – A whisper that calmed the Divine madness

In a state of Divine madness

as I ventured out;

so I wandered about

in quest for Divinity…..

And before

 any immoral stroke of unenlightenment

had its moments

the Divinities set ashore

saving mine

just in time

from going astray

and reading me in whisper……

their message…….. of Humanity.

 Dear Divine seeker !

…don’t be ‘insane’

go walk the path of Humanity;

be humane.

Your life

conceived by humankind;

squandering away seeking Divinity

do not ill-define.

Owe it (your life) to humans;

serve Humanity

reciprocate all tenderness

and much humility.

 Intent on making this

   the purpose of your life

  and let your soul rest in me

 for all the while.

The copier

I was excited about being a full time writer, but I never wanted my magazines success to come at the expense of others ideas whose ideas my ‘boss’ had ripped off – especially if that means me and it were mine.

I knew plagiarism existed but when I got a first-hand experience of it, I knew it was my last day there.

I had not gone even started and my boss already stole my article.

Over the years, I have written at length and always recognized for my work.

I decided to make a living as a freelancer again.

Post 4 – Backstory of my Love- Blogging

Post 4 – Backstory of my Love- Blogging

When I started blogging, I responded to every comment no matter how nasty the reader was. I was generally polite, believing that these critics would be so charmed by my professionalism that they would see the error of their misogynist ways and swiftly run out to read a bell hooks book. I do not see the process of blogging as a separate thing from creating art. This is in part why I do not like to be known for being a ‘blogger,’ as this is just one form of output for creative ideas. A blog is neither a diary nor a journal. Many people think of blogging in relation to those two things, confessional or practical. It is neither but includes elements of both. Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.

Not idea, journal changes your life

I know many who have started keeping a journal only to give up after a few days or weeks? Like many projects which we’re initially enthusiastic about, writing daily or even weekly in a journal can all too quickly become a chore.

Do you ever wonder who you really are? Do you have problems which occur again and again – patterns of behaviour that you just can’t break out of? Keeping a journal for an extended period of time lets you learn the truth about yourself: how your motivation waxes and wanes, how many projects you let fizzle out after a brief burst of excitement.

Are you an aspiring blogger, author, poet, journalist or writer of any description? If you’re making serious attempts at writing, you need to be disciplined about it – no professional writer works just when they’re “in the mood” or when “the muse descends.” Developing the habit of writing regularly (ideally every day) will be a bigger factor in your success than your raw level of writing skill.

When you write in your journal, don’t dwell on things that went wrong. Focus on the positive aspects of your day or week – even when you have to dig hard to find something. It might take a while for you to notice the effect, but you’ll soon be seeing faster change in your life: we tend to move towards what we’re focusing on.

I’m maintaining a journal based on my own emotional and spiritual healing. It helps me keep track of my growth. I support writing journals! I find writing to be a function of thinking and learning at the same time. As I write, my existing thoughts are clarified and new thoughts find their way into my mind that would not have materialized otherwise. I believe our being is unfolded through the communication of our thoughts on paper, blog, or whatever medium works best for the individual.
